1 (13.5 oz) Full fat coconut milk
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened condensed milk

Method
- Start by blending all red ingredients in blender until smooth. Taste and add honey to desired sweetness.
- Fill the top of your popsicle mold with the cherry mixture and set in freezer until partially frozen, but still soft (~30 minutes).
- Meanwhile, mix all white ingredients in blender.
- When red layer has set, pour a section of white to the middle, while saving space at the bottom of the mold. Set in freezer ~30 more minutes.
- Mix blue ingredients and add honey to desired sweetness.
- Once the white layer has set, add the remaining blue layer to the mold, add sticks, and refrigerate 2-4 hours or overnight before enjoying.
Portion: About 10 popsicles, depending on the size of your popsicle mold.
